Browns River History Group
 
 

The Browns River History Group is based in Kingston, Tasmania, Australia.


Its mission is to collect and share information about the history and development of the northern part of the Kingborough region including Kingston, Kingston Beach, Taroona, Blackmans Bay and Tinderbox.


Meetings are held from 3 - 4pm on the second Monday of each month. If that day is a public holiday, the meeting is deferred to the third Monday.  Come to the former the Kingston Primary School/LINC building in Hutchins Street.


Each meeting features a guest speaker who discusses a topic of local interest.


Membership of BRHG is $10 annually or a gold coin donation at each meeting.
